Despite selling Substandard, Unsafe Products, Damro had resorted flat out lieing and misleading customers in order to stop honouring the guarantee. I purchased a PIYESTRA chair for around SL Rupees 700. The rear legs broke after only 3 hours of usage. When I wanted to pay an additional amount ans exchange it to another chair that looked sturdier, they refused and replaced the chair after much haggling.
