I had a diamond ring that someone wanted to purchase online through Paypal. So, i signed up at Paypal. I've never used Paypal before but i knew it was a safe place to send or recieve money. So i agreed. I went to the P.O. and shipped it and put the tracking number in Paypal, because Paypal said they couldn't put my money in my account until they recieved the track No. An hour went by after i gave the track No. and noticed nothing was still in my account, then i recieved a letter from Paypal saying they are sorry for the inconvenience... read full review »
