I went to get my taxes filed the other day and decided to use H&R Block since it was right across the street from my home. 10 years ago I used them and got cheated out of $1500. Thinking this couldn't happen again I decided to go. The lady there did not ask me about any deductions I might of had or a receipt from daycare that I normally provide showing what I paid through the year. She did not explain everything correctly!
