Hi all, This is regarding the fast track call taxi service. The customer care is pretty poor. Inspite of booking a taxi well in advance (abt 2 hrs), the cab never arrived.On calling them, they very casually stated that they couldn't find the booking, but they would send the cab in another 30 min as this was the required processing time.And when the cab did finally arrive, it was above an hour.I have called the same cab services and got the cab in 15 minutes in hte recent past.All that is required is proper collabration and they... read full review »
