On 3rd June I ordered a 'free' 10 day trial of acai pills of which I would only pay for postage and packing $3.97. On 8th June I noticed a pending payment of $87. I rang and cancelled, as I did not want to pay this. on 15th June my bank paid this amount out. I rang again on 15th June to find out that my account was not cancelled and this money was not refundable as I was out the 10 days trial. I was then told that I could not have anything back and this was NOT a free trial, that's why you pay $87 - it's for the product!... read full review »
