Sir, I am making this complaint about senior officers of IOCL, i hv applied for a petrol of IOCL near Amethi (UP) Hathkila. and has submittied all the document related to the application completely. survey of the land/location was done by the IOCL officer and they have given greem signal to me. according to IOCL local sales manager our ranking was TOP (85 Marks ) as per the criteria of IOCL ( Education+Land Location Status+Financial Status+Experiance...etc).
