Goods were ordered from this company and paid for through PayPal. The goods were unsatisfactory (batteries did not work). They were sent back by recorded delivery and signed for. A refund was promised as long ago as August, but is still not forthcoming. PayPal do not want to know as they only guarantee items purchased from e-bay. Dispite many attempts e-paffer have not refunded my money. If you are considering using electronic cigarettes as a means to stop smoking DO NOT USE E-PUFFER. THEIR GOODS ARE USELESS AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND DESPITE THEIR GUARANTEE TO DO DO. read full review »

I signed up for 1 months membership with this organisation and was charged accordingly . I was then charged by another company offering a similar type of service, which I did not want. I reported it to BlackBook, and they denied it had anything to do with them. I contacted the other party who said they would refund it. So far nothing. The BlackBook site is full of likely women, but you never get any ansers to your enquiries. I am inclined to agree with other contributors that it is a complete scam.
