had the misfortune to purchase a Kingston sofa from Laura Ashley, it was unwrapped my the the deliverey people in the street and brought in the house.The whole thing had obviously been shrink wrapped causing deep creases all over, particulary on the arms and what appeared to be oil marks on the front and sides.Photographs were taken and Laura Ashley contacted.
