Expedia has got to be the biggest scam ever. To make a long story short (and I'm talking 2 days of back and forth on the phone and getting multiple reasons for 'not being able to open my file that they issued') I booked a trip - same as everyone else on here - and needed to cancel. They could refund the hotel (after tons of convincing) but they could only issue a credit for the flight through Delta.
