I am tired of complaining to Bellaliant about my Internet speed dropping and stalling my downloads to a complete stand still. After sever techs and complaints and having a band aid put on the problem; I have finally made the decision to switch to Eastlink. I just hope that their Internet, Phone and TV service is better than Bellaliant. Bell finally admitted in an email that the lines are monitored automatically and if they become stressed or overloaded the speed is dropped to spread the service and load.
