Add this to the list of growing complaints against these scammers. I should have done my research!!! I purchased an R4 chip for my Nintendo DS on May 13, 2010. I immediately received a confirmation email, and the following day, received another "processed" email, explaining my credit card had been charged (and it was). I was promised a "complete" email in the near future, which would confirm the order was shipped. Never received the "complete" email.
