I received an invitation to apply for a Citi Forward Credit Card... I waited a week or so and did some research on the product. I decided to apply, and received a denial, with reasons which are ridiculous. I've made several attempts to speak to someone with underwriting authority, and have NOT BEEN successful. I keep reaching an international call center, spoken with several supervisors, only to be given the run around.
