I live in Mulund Mumbai-400080, I own two 1.5T HITACHI window AC's the lates one i bought last year is Quadricool and the AC has been giving problems since installations, Service engineers visit fixed things temporarily and the problem reoccurs. The engineers employed with the service partners are thorough unprofessional and appear to be novice always in terms of trouble shooting and servicing. They only know to clean the AC unit.
