I have an account query outstanding from October 2009. Every time I call to query it, I get told 'it has been escalated' and 'call back after 21 days. Well, how many times will it get 'escalated'. 21 DAYS IS 21 DAYS!!! If it happened in my company, i would have been FIRED in December 2009.
