I went to the bank to request a copy of a cheque issued 5 years ago. They then looked at my account and suggested that I become a Premier client. They spent an hour and a half suggesting different products. I told them how important it was for me to get a copy of the cheque as I had a claim against someone and only had a window of 3 days.
