On 27 June 2010, We 3 girls boarded in bus no. KA-01 FA-1917 Route no. 25A from BTM Bus Stop. It was 4:10 pm and we asked for daily pass. The conductor said that pass is closed. So we asked is it a rule that after 4 o'clock the bus pass will not be issued. He said yes, then we took ticket, that too was 3/- more then normal. After 5 min, when the bus still didn't started, we have seen outside people taking pass. So we confirmed first and asked then he refused that he had said anything about closing .
