In september last year, my contract phone and sim were stolen. I called MTN the following morning to report the stolen phone and sim - i was sent placklisting forms, which i completed and sent back to them and i was asked if i wanted a call block put on the line (obviously) NOTHING was done - MTN have continued to debit my account for the thousands of rands that the cellphone theif has racked up on my contract, i tried to contact MTN to stop the debit order, but to no avail.
