Most SHITTY service quality I have ever come across and trust me, I have come across some shitty service standards... My samsung refrigerator stopped working the first time on 131th June and was repaired on 16th June (compressor not working - compressor changed). Again stopped working (comporessor issues again). I logged in complaint on 23rd and the issue is not even esclated to the service engineer... GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT ONE HAS TO DO TO MAKE THINGS MOVE IN SAMSUNG.
