As a traveller I required the Blackberry Internet Service (BiS) and thier BBM (Messaging) and browsing facilities. I currently have 14 days remaining in my stay in Bangalore. I have been charged an amount of Rs.899 towards the BlackBerry UMP (Unlimited Monthly Pack?) but yet to avail of the facility. A call to 121 customer service is met with the response that the service is 'active' on my account.
