Tried to change flight on 6/13 with 1 agent and 1 supervisory agent, they were both, rude, flippant and condescending. I was on phone 1 hr and still got no resolvement. called on 6/14 talked to agent on getting administration phone number to put in complaint. Jordan said they didn't have an administration, I'm suppose to tell them (agents) what the problem is and they give it to their supervisor. Sure, like I believe that one.
