I rented a small Ford Kia from Car-Hire-UK for a period of 8 days at 122.20 UK Pounds. They deducted a security deposit of 561 UK Pounds stating that the deposit would be refunded once the car was returned in good order, clean and fully fueled, which it was. The car was returned on the due date at the long term car park at Heathrow on the 26th May and they are now stalling on the refund of the deposit.
