My total purchase equalled $7.38. I was charged $8.04. New York sales tax is 8.875 . The tax should had been .65 not .66. I shop there frequently and the store is not hurting for cash. Why are you ripping off your loyal customers for there hard earned pennies ? I see that trust and honesty are not qualities associated with kmart. Duane Reade is located up the street. There computerized tax system is honest and trustworthy. I can only imagine how much dishonest cash you guys are raking in with your rigged tax scams.
