After being misled into buying the Carbon A software from Cohen Strachan Investment, we have not been able to make contact with this outfit. I have left in excess of 30 messages and no one ever returns my call or emails. The receptionist won't tell me her name, no one is ever available - oh, unless you give a false name on the pretence you want to buy their software and they ring you back within 10 minutes!!!
