Absolute wankers ! took 200 pounds from my account without authorisation, -after i had cancelled my booking -( because i thought something wasnt quite right ) no correspondance etc etc, ... .Their employees are all thick as shit, with no skills what so ever ( should not be allowed anywhere near a telephone ) they are in danger of dribbling into the mouthpiece and electrocuting themselves, -i can only live in hope ! i am currently trying to get my money back through my banks fraudulent transactions route - still waiting, hopefully it will come... read full review »
