The email below, is the response received after voicing my disgust in the owner confirming an appointment and not attending it. I personally think it is common courtesy to inform any client that someone else will be available to assist in the event that whomever is not available to attend. I requested that instead of liaising with Enrico that I have further discussions with Juan, I have however been informed that I should not deal with anyone from Bayete Spa.
