I was charged twice for the same service. That is installing Norton Antivirus on my dad's computer ! I was charged once on June 6, 2010 and again on June 17, 2010. The first charge was $34.99 for a years service which included a 30 day free trial. The 30 day free trial came to an end and it didn't appear dad was protected any farther.
