I lodged a claim after my cellphone was stolen on the 18th June 2010 and Mr Redwaan Jacobs called to say that he needed the following documents to process the claim: a police report and proof of blacklisting from the service provider, which I duly submitted on monday, 21/06/2010 via fax.
