I had a parcel coming from Mr. James Cardley in San Francisco, California, USA, and I was surprised when Malaysian custom ask me to pay $481 USD which I pay through Western Union. It was paid under the name of Mr. James Bruce because they told me that they're going to released my parcel after the payment was done.
