On the 10th of July I travelled with you on flight EK0027 from Dubai to Glasgow. I suffer from panic disorder and agrophobia and have been seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication for this condition for over a year, On boarding, I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if there was the chance to be upgraded because of my illness; I showed her my letter from my doctor.
