We bought a lot of electronic products of videocon like TV, VCR. AND FRIDZE but service atleast at lucknow centre is very poor. we requested in the morning complaint no 13063 as our fridze not cooling the stuff inside, in the hot summer day.ON 3 rd call she told me that her engineers would call by the evening but nobody turned up. I also phoned up their call ctre, who atleast was polite to talk. But the receptionist lady Called ANJU said that nothing can be done before next day 2pm to 6 pm. same problem occured with this fridze few years ago... read full review »
