Tata Sky SET TOP BOX

I am using the TATA skly since 2007, and it was working fine by few issues which they keep resolving it. But since 2009 it was giving so much issues that i have paid Rs. 700/- on just SETTEP BOX cost in these two year. Now tell me is it economical for the people like us...??? Reply TATA sky ..??? After replacing also it was not working, as they replace with the old units. and give the 3 month warrenty. Now my issues : 1. Since last 20 days it is not working ??? Dear HT, I have handover the cheq. and mine application was submitted along with the nesscery documents in the month of April'10 last week, and payment of Rs. 199 was also debited from mine bank on 10th May 2010. Details are as follows : Amount : Rs. 199/- Cheq.
