Just brought a Samsung refrigerator and had it installed by Best Buy this morning. Broken, refrigeration part does not cool and the water dispenser does not work. Vials of Insulin ruined in this heat. Effectively told by Justin, Celeste, Mosch I might as well die, they did not give a damn. No one at Samsung will help me, Justin told me to dial 911 or get an ambulance or find a way to an emergency room. Please do not buy a Samsung product.
