I have booked a flight ticket throgh Make my trip on 29th May 2010. from chennai to kolkata and the Make my trip IDis: FLT000016233770. Inadvertantly the payment was made TWICE. through Internet banking. After going through the bank statement after somedays I came to know that the payment for the ticket as made twice . Thereafter by June 15th I have given the details to Make my trip. They wanted a statement from the bank showing the details. Till now I am getting only the automated reply that I will be hearing from them within 24 hours. So... read full review »
