We bought a ZEN LX in October 2004 from Karnal Motors. Some flakes of the paint starts removing from the roof and the bonnet since last six months. We did the complaint in Chandigarh Regional Office, Sector 7, but they only made excuses like some acid might have fallen on it or due to the shit of the crow or due to some paint remover. We also did the complaint in Karnal Motors but the result was the same. They do not want to accept that it is due to some manufacturing defect. read full review »
