Overbilling Hi customer service, I am Rajan Chugh a resident of Whispering Palms Kandivali (E), Mumbai. I have taken the TATA INDICOM broadband connection in Jan’2010, paid initial amount of Rs1000 towards connection charges and signed up for plan of Rs 700/ mth for limited use (a/c 976289942).
