AHALIA GROUP IS CRIMINAL CHEATERS. ONE OF MY FRIEND WAS TERMINATED GIVING A TERMINATION LETTER. AFTER FEW HOURS THAT LETTER WAS TAKEN BACK FROM HER. LATER SHE WAS NOT GIVEN ANY DUES WHICH INCLUDED 2 MONTHS SALARY AND GRATUITY. INSTEAD THEY MADE IT AS IF SHE LEFT JOB WITHOUT NOTICE. NOW THEY ARE ASKING 5000 DIRHAMS FROM THE POOR EMPLOYEE TO LIFT HER BAN FROM WORKING ELSEWHERE IN UAE. THEY HABITUALLY GIVE FALSE COMPLAINTS TO THE POLICE AND MINISTRY OF LABOUR SAYING THE EMPLOYEE HAS ABSCONDED. Ahalia hospital is constantly harassing the poor employees. They pay 400---1200 dirhams to graduate employees working in the OP counters and if there is any loss or non payment by a patient, that amount will be deducted from their salary, poor employees ending up with no or little salary for the mistake of customers. Recently there was one patient came to casualty and initial life saving treatment ordered by the doctor was given by a nurse and later on they found the patient didnt have insurance and he was unable to pay. If you are joining Ahalia hospital for any job, BE PREPARED TO BE CHEATED . They will ask you to sign a labour contract which will show one third of the salary they offered to you and from then they will start cheating you. When you dont get salary or incentives if you want to leave, they will give false case against you leading on to police arrest and life ban.
