I booked and exec coach wwith Momentum for the playoff final at Wembley, only to be called the day before to inform me that they had double booked the exec coach and only had a non exec available. Being the day before it left me no other option than to take the altern coach, which had no toilet, TV or music system. I had paid £1200 in full but was told that I would get a refund of £300, that was back in May.
