Hi Team, We had purchased a Videocon Integra 27 LCD set in August 2007. There was problem in the set during early April, 2010.The set was taken by the service station.They reportedly changed a spare part in the set and delivered the set back.They charged Rs.2800 for the part, Rs.700 service charge & Rs.350 as transportation charge. The similar defect revived in the set during end of May(the screen becomes white though audio remains clear).
