I had a cellular contract with you that expired during 1996 and there was no deuction from my account thereafter. Now recently you have started debiting my account again. I wonder where you got the authorisation to debit my account furthermore, the amount you debited for the last 5 months amounting to R550.00 i was not even reloaded with airtime.
