I have bought a new sony ericsson 850i mobile on 15 Dec 2006 for Rs.22, 000 at a Sony Show room. I am not able to Filter the contacts in the mobile and also some miscallaneous text is displaying instead of the names save at contacts. I approached the Main sony service centre and they told we need to upgrade the software.I told them ok and they upgraded.After upgrading also it is not working so they it will be replaced by the Sony show room by 26th Dec 2006 and i said ok.
