My office landline number set had some problem on 17 Jul, as it was not working, so we made a complaint with customer care for the same, we got a reply: we will attend u in 3 working day, so very funny, an office number will be switched of for 3days, cause tata tel has no time to send some one.. Also i went to tat indi office and they said the lanline set needs a replacement but they r out of stock.. Again a very frustration response from tata indicom..
