I had opted for the Maruti Auto card in June 2006 because of the offer of upto 20000 loyalty exchange points on exchange of old maruti car with new one. I exchanged my old omni with a new esteem, the sales person of maruti autocard draws and shows me a chart and calculates and tells me that i will get only 5000 points. When i asked where is all this calculation shown in the booklet that you had provided, he had no answer.
