I had to board my flight at 15:25 on 13 June, 10 from Delhi to Hyderabad. After reaching airport at 1300hrs with my parents I went to the waiting room. I asked the person sitting at the customer service desk if the flight is on time and I was told that my flight has been delayed and is at 17:30 now. I asked him, why didn't they inform beforehand if such thing is going to happen.
