Recently ordered 2 black and 1coloured Dell cartridge costing £31.90 total. Arrived quickly&safely. Neither black ones worked, my printer gave a message telling me my ink levels were low and on reserve tank. Clearly no ink in them when I tried to print a photo. Rang them and was told to take cartridges out wipe them, shake them and reinsert. Still wouldn't work.
