My group of travel companions and I booked on this airline to fly within Peru because it was cheaper than LAN. What a mistake! The airline cancelled a flight and re-scheduled it for the following day, and on that day it left several hours late. Then for the return flight, the delay in departure time was about 4 hours--with no explanations. And forget going to their office in Cuzco, as the customer service there is totally unsatisfactory; they offer to cancel your flights and give you your money back, period. read full review »
