I have asked for Internet connection from Tata Indicom on 3rd of July. They told me that the connection will be given within a span of 5 working days. But I got a call from them after one week saying that the connection was rejected because Im staying at bachelor accomodation. I asked them to give explanation and it was said that I have to pay another 500 rupess which was not stated anywhere ans was not even stated by their executive. Still I paid the amount and till now I have been waiting. There is no proper response from their part too. My calls to the executives mobile are cut abruptly. Im very enraged at their behaviour.
