Since the morning of 2nd august 2007 my phone line has been dead. I have made a complaint and Mr. SHukla provided me with a complaint no. 53. however when I contacted them on 3rd evening Mr. Shukla could not be found and Mr. Mishra told be that they had no authority to give a complaint no. and more over it will take 3 more days to get the phone lines in order as they have a lot of work to do etc. read full review »
