My broadband connection at home has not been working from 14th July 2007. I have called the same day and registered a complaint. I was told that the problem will be resolved within 10 working hours, but alas, even to this day, the connection is not up. I call everyday and remind them of my problem. Every phone consultant that I speak to is very courteous but I do not see any results.
