My CTV is under warranty. It is not working for the last one week. Inspite of my repeated complaints, no body is giving an ear to it at the service center [Gurgaon, Haryana, India]. I used to call them 2 -3 times daily, but only assurance is given, no body actually comes to attend it. Its really a shame for such a brand to have pathetic after sales service. The reponse from service center is pathetic. No body ever bothers to hear, what the customer wants to tell. read full review »
