Sir, I have a dolphin prepaid connection. There is unnecessary deduction of amount Rs.30/= four times from my prepaid connection. I had made many complaints on no. 1503 but they are still deducting amount from my balance. The last deduction made on dated 24/07/2010. The MTNL is harrasing me and making fool me. I want to tell I didnot take any type of caller tune or any other service on this no. So it is requested you to look into the matter and make arrangements of debit the deducted amount into my account.
